Your Move is a 21-day online experience designed to help you reset, reconnect, and restore your nervous system using nature-based principles no matter where you are. It’s not about going hiking or moving to the forest. It’s about building an inner relationship with nature that supports long-term mental and emotional well-being, even from your living room.
No. This course teaches you how to carry the emotional benefits of nature within you—whether you live in a city apartment, work in an office, or spend most of your time indoors. We guide you to build a sense of connection that’s accessible anywhere.
You’ll receive a short lesson every three days over the span of 21 days. These include insights, science-backed practices, and a photo journaling prompt to keep you on track. The lessons are easy, grounded, and practical—made for real life.
