You will have received an email to reset your password when you first registered. Use these login details to access the course at anytime.
Natural Health Move has something just like an App, called a PWA. You can add it to your phone’s home screen in a few simple steps depending on your phone’s manufacturer:
Apple users:
Safari is required to install a PWA onto your home screen. Other browsers available in the App Store (such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or Microsoft Edge) do not have capabilities to install a PWA.
To add the PWA to your home screen:
- Go to the Natural Health Move home page https://naturalhealthmove.com/
- Open the Share menu, available at the bottom or top of the browser.
- Click Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the name of the app. You can edit this if desired.
- Click Add. (On iOS and iPadOS, bookmarks to websites and PWAs look the same on the home screen).
Please note that only the standalone display mode is supported on iOS and iPadOS. You can watch a short video if you need more guidance.
Android users:
If you’re using an Android device, PWA install prompts differ by device and browser.
Go to the Natural Health Move home page https://naturalhealthmove.com/
Then, on the browser, you will see various icons eg Bookmarks, New Tab etc. There will also be an icon or 3 dots where you will find either;
- a detailed installation dialog, or
an option saying something like Install or Add to Home Screen. If this is the case, just select that, then you will be able to find the “App” on your homescreen.

Depending on the device and browser, your PWA will either be installed as a WebAPK, a shortcut, or a QuickApp.
If you’re having trouble logging in to your account, here are some steps you can take:
- As part of your registration for the Your Move Natural Health Course, you received an email prompting you to reset your password. Please ensure you have done this and check your spam folder if you’re having trouble finding this email.
- If you’re still having issues, try resetting your password using the provided link.
If the above steps don’t work, please contact us and we can manually reset your account for you.
You can reset your password or contact us so we can do a manual reset of your account.
We don’t send out daily email reminders, instead you should receive 2 x daily SMS reminders to help you stay updated. You will receive email reminders when a new course lesson becomes available to you.
If you believe you’ve provided an incorrect email address, please contact us and we will assist you.

If you’re having trouble playing the course videos, here are some tips:
- Check to make sure your internet connection is stable.
- Keep in mind that the lesson videos are complementary to the lessons and are not necessary to complete the course.

If you completed a lesson, but your progress isn’t being saved, make sure you have submitted the lesson using the “Finish Lesson” button at the end of each lesson in the Photo Experience section.
If you’re seeing this error message, it means that our system has detected that the email address you’re trying to use has already been used to purchase a unit of the course.
If you’re buying the course as a gift, consider asking the recipient for their email address as they’ll need it to log in and to receive important notification emails.
If you believe that your email address was registered by mistake, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
If your photos won’t upload to the Photo Journal, here are some things to check:
- Verify that the image size is within the allowed limit (less than 300MB).
- Keep in mind that only one upload per lesson is allowed.
- If you had a message saying “wrong file type” –
On iPhone, go to settings, then to camera, then to format, it should give you the option to change to eg “most compatible”,
On Android you will need to go to “Camera” then “Settings” and choose a different file type.
As your registration is complete, you will gain access to the first lesson of the course. You will start receiving the 21 days of SMS reminders to help you build healthy habits.
The aim of the course is to help you develop a habit of noticing nature more frequently, and noticing how it can help you feel good. Extensive research has demonstrated that this practice offers a significant opportunity to enhance your overall well-being.
The course is designed to be done at a specific pace within a structured timeframe. It is crucial to follow the intended structure, which entails finishing all lessons within the scheduled timeframe (less than 25 days). Completing each lesson including; written responses, multiple choice questions, any necessary photo submissions, and fulfilling all assessment requirements as they become available will offer the best results.
While the course finishes after 21 days, it is important to invest time into embedding the practices into your lifestyle as an enduring behaviour. We ask that you give the learnings three months from the date of finishing the course to fully absorb, to give you the best chance of establishing the desired habit.
We understand life has it’s twists and turns though. Your subscription period extends for one year from the date of registration , including access to all additional supportive materials, to allow you the opportunity to revisit the content and refresh your mind as you continue to build habits.
Natural Health Move does not take any responsibility for the lack of benefits demonstrated by any user who has not completed the course in it’s entirety within the intended timeframe of less than 21 days.
Your subscription gives you access to the course content for 1 year from the date of registration. During this time, you can review the materials to help refresh your memory and reinforce the habits introduced to you in the course as often as you like. We believe that having an entire year of access allows you ample time to fully absorb the knowledge and make the most out of the learning experience.
In addition to the course content, your subscription also includes access to our exclusive Facebook group. This community is an excellent platform to connect with fellow learners, share insights, ask questions, and engage in discussions related to your experiences in nature. We encourage you to take advantage of this collaborative space, as it can greatly enhance your learning journey.
You will gain access to any new features or updates that are added to the course. We are constantly striving to improve and provide you with the best possible learning experience, and we look forward to sharing these with you as they become available.
